As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Benefits Analyst who is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience while helping us manage and optimize our self-funded benefit programs. As our Benefits Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees and their families receive exceptional support while helping Felix make data-driven decisions about our benefits strategy. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert for employee benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and benefits analytics, with a strong focus on our self-funded medical plans.
