At Felix Construction, an Electrical Laborer is an entry-level position that serves as a gateway into the electrical trade. Working under the direct supervision of a Journeyman Electrician or Foreman, this role focuses on learning the foundational skills, safety practices, and technical knowledge required to build a successful career in industrial electrical construction.
This position is designed for individuals who are motivated to learn, enjoy working with their hands, and want to develop into future electricians. High-performing Electrical Laborers may have the opportunity to advance into Felix Construction’s Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
