About Felix Construction

Felix Construction is a recognized leader in the development of water and wastewater infrastructure across Arizona and Texas. With almost forty years of experience serving both public and private clients, we operate as a uniquely integrated company, combining civil and electrical services under one roof. Our in-house electrical team and panel fabrication shop allow us to design and build our own Maintenance Control Panels—a distinct offering that consistently adds value and sets us apart within the industry.

We also provide a variety of other specialized services, including pre-construction cost modeling, project scheduling, construction evaluation, equipment procurement, and value engineering.

Manager at Risk

We’ve successfully delivered a wide range of CMAR projects, from minor upgrades to new plants and expansions. Our experience with this method helps owners and engineers make informed decisions early, keeping budgets and schedules on track. The team-based approach, qualification-based selections, and flexibility during construction consistently lead to faster, more cost-effective results with fewer surprises along the way.

Design Build

Design Build

D-B projects pair the engineer and contractor from the beginning, creating a single, coordinated team. It’s a streamlined approach that keeps projects moving and reduces the coordination issues that can slow things down. Felix has been working under this contract method since 2000, making us well-versed D-B partners.

Contracting

In JOCs, one or more contractors are chosen to be “on-call” for a set time frame or budget amount. Instead of one large project, the contractor completes a series of smaller projects as needed, often with minimal lead time. This allows owners to respond quickly to maintenance, upgrades, or emergency needs without going through a full bid process each time.

Our Core Purpose

We build better lives, one opportunity at a time.
