Services Offered

General Contractor/
Construction Manager

As a General Contractor, Felix oversees all aspects of construction, including schedule, budget, subcontractors, and quality. Our Construction Management services cover estimating, planning, system evaluations, constructibility reviews, procurement, permitting, safety, quality control, and value engineering.

Mechanical Equipment Installation & Piping

Felix is capable of installing any and all mechanical plant equipment in Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water facilities. We are also capable of self-performing installation of piping from small process pipe to large diameter piping systems.

Civil Sitework

Nearly every successful construction project requires some level of civil sitework including clearing, trimming, drainage layout, and a solid foundation. Without the proper skill and equipment, problems can arise causing cost increases and reduced productivity. Felix has heavy equipment and highly skilled operators to meet almost of every project’s civil sitework needs.

Structural Concrete

Concrete is a fundamental element of water and wastewater construction. From treatment plants to booster stations, and reservoirs to well sites, few projects take shape without it. Felix self-performs structural concrete work on some of the most technically-sophisticated water and wastewater projects in Arizona and Texas. With decades of experience, the company has built a solid reputation as a go-to contractor for exceptional concrete solutions.
