Felix Construction has been performing new construction and rehabilitation services on the Town of Gilbert’s water and wastewater infrastructure via the Job Order Contracting delivery method since 2014. To date, Felix has completed over 40 individual Job Orders totaling approximately $7.1M. Felix’s Job Orders have ranged from a $5,900 pipe supports replacement at the Gilbert Commons SLS, to a $1.6M Filter Underdrain and Media Replacement at the Town’s North Water Treatment Plant.
