Felix constructed a new metering station that allows access to the 56” Pipe from behind back of sidewalk, rather than through a manhole in the street.  A 12” ACP Force-Main had to be re-routed around the structure during construction which was performed overnight utilizing a vault-and-haul operation.  Access improvements included a stairwell, H20-rated hatch, lighting, and ventilation system.  Additional scope included the installation of a new RTU, antenna pole, and laser flowmeters.
