This project involved the construction of a new regional water production facility for the City of Surprise located within the new Rancho Mercado development area. The work consisted of an onsite well equipping, well water prefiltration, well water treatment (arsenic removal), 1.52 MG steel water storage reservoir, low-pressure zone booster pump station, sodium hypochlorite storage facility, electrical/sodium hypochlorite metering pump/analyzer building, piping, electrical and instrumentation/controls (E/I&C), and site work.
