To support the rapid growth of communities on the east side of the DFW Metroplex—including Forney, Talty, and Terrell—Felix Construction is building a new concrete meter vault designed to expand regional water infrastructure and accommodate ongoing development.

Located across the street from the new Talty Pump Station, the meter vault will be owned by Talty Special Utility District (SUD) and operated by the North Texas Municipal Water District. This critical addition includes the construction of a concrete meter vault equipped with all necessary piping, valves, electrical components, and control systems. Together with the Talty Pump Station, the project will increase water delivery capacity, enabling continued growth in this high-demand region.
