Our Culture of Safety

Felix Construction’s success is built on a foundation of safety. We know that delivering high-quality projects starts with protecting our people—every employee, every subcontractor, every day. Our proactive safety culture, supported by rigorous training and daily oversight, ensures our teams are prepared, confident, and focused. With OSHA 10-hour training for all employees and 30-hour certification for supervisors and managers, we set the standard across the jobsite. Our annual Safety Day Training and specialized programs for our electrical team, including NFPA 70e Arc Flash Awareness, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and CPR/AED/First Aid, demonstrate our commitment to safety as a driver of operational excellence and long-term success.

How We Do It

We ensure safety through:

    • Proper hazard planning
    • Selecting like-minded subcontractors
    • Holding pre-job safety meetings
    • Conducting daily inspections by our superintendents.

Our management team actively promotes a culture of “Safety First” across the organization because we believe our most valuable assets are our people.
